Course Duration: 3 DAYS | 18 hours
Our three-day (18-hour) First Aid at Work course equips delegates with the essential knowledge, practical skills and confidence to respond effectively to a wide range of workplace incidents and medical emergencies. Designed to meet the requirements of the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, this qualification is ideal for organisations operating in medium or higher-risk environments, or those with a larger workforce, as identified by their First Aid Needs Assessment.
EMERGENCY First Aid at
Work (EFAW)

Course Duration: 6 hours
Equips delegates with the knowledge, practical skills and confidence to respond effectively to workplace incidents and emergencies. Meeting the requirements of the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, this course is suitable where a First Aid Needs Assessment identifies the need for Emergency First Aiders and is generally best suited to lower-risk working environments with fewer staff.
First Aid at Work Requalification (FAWR)

Aid (EPFA)

This one-day Emergency Paediatric First Aid (EPFA) course equips learners with the knowledge, practical skills and confidence to deal with emergency situations involving infants and children. Covering CPR and essential first aid techniques tailored to younger age groups, the course is suitable for anyone aged 16 or over who works with, cares for, or has regular contact with children and babies.

This 12-hour Paediatric First Aid course is designed for anyone responsible for the care of infants and young children. Meeting current OFSTED and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements, it provides the knowledge, practical skills and confidence needed to respond effectively to paediatric emergencies and illnesses.

The course is ideal for nursery and preschool staff, childminders, school personnel, playgroup leaders, carers, and parents who wish to develop essential first aid skills for children and babies. Delegates will gain the skills required to assess and manage a range of paediatric first aid situations, helping to ensure compliance with OFSTED requirements and best practice standards for childcare settings.

Course Duration: 6 Hours

This one-day course provides school staff with the knowledge, practical skills and confidence to respond effectively to a range of injuries and medical emergencies that may arise in an educational setting. It supports schools in maintaining a safe environment for pupils and meeting their responsibilities for student welfare.

The course covers the assessment and treatment of common school-related incidents, including asthma attacks, allergic reactions, head injuries, fractures, as well as CPR and the safe use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

Suitable for teachers, teaching assistants, lunchtime supervisors and other school support staff, this training helps delegates feel prepared to act quickly and appropriately when first aid is required. Upon successful completion, delegates will receive a certificate valid for three years.
